THE VISION

Starseed House was conceived as a contained architectural world within the Marrakech Medina. The decorative language of the house draws directly from Moroccan tradition, interpreted through a contemporary artistic lens. Designed to hold private hire, production and curated experiences with awareness and intention, it exists as both immersive environment and contemporary artistic setting

Materials were tested and refined on site. Surfaces were meticulously layered and hand-finished. Traditional craftsmanship, from tadelakt and zellige to custom joinery and blacksmithing,  was executed by master artisans working in dialogue rather than instruction.

​

Traditional Zouak painting was carried out by master artisan Abderrahim, whose work includes the Hassan II Mosque in Casablanca and the restoration of La Mamounia in Marrakech.

The result is immersive yet disciplined. Expressive yet intentional.

​

​

Layered colour, sculpted surfaces and structured light create a private environment that feels elevated, grounding and distinct.

Starseed House represents a lived collaboration between Moroccan craftsmanship and contemporary artistic direction. Meticulously realised and unapologetically original.  The house exists as a reminder that we are part of something infinite and that our possibilities are endless.
